Pricing

All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

However, once an order has been successfully placed, the price of that order will not be affected by future price changes, including orders paid by Cash on Delivery.

Payments

All payments are subject to verification and approval.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped and handed over to our shipping partner.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refused Deliveries

Customers are expected to place orders with genuine intent to receive them.

If an order is delivered correctly and in good condition, and the customer refuses to accept it without a valid reason, BOLD reserves the right to refuse future orders from that customer.

Valid reasons include, but are not limited to:

  • Receiving the wrong product.

Shipping Area

At this time, BOLD ships only within Egypt.

International shipping is not currently available.
