At BOLD, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The original perfume bottle must be completely unused and unopened.

Only the tester sample included with the perfume may be used.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received.

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Products that have been used, opened, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior approval are not eligible for a refund.

Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive:

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Perfumes that have been opened or used.

Products without their original packaging.

Gift cards.

Sale or clearance items.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
